Can we get some love for the Dallas third down DEFENSE!!

I posted a thread earlier and it fell pretty quick so I just wanted to say one more time.....

GREAT JOB DEFENSE ON THIRD DOWN!!!!

These guys made a huge improvement in this regard against one of the best offenses in the league! By my count they only allowed ONE third down conversion!

If this defense can continue this I see great things coming our way.

IMO, it's what the defense has been missing, and maybe found!

Anyway...I'm proud of you guys....you stood tall!

It seemed as if everyone was a step or two quicker than any other game this year.

It also helped that for the most part the refs just let everyone play. Made for a fun game. You can forget how enjoyable a game can be without a flag every other play.

Officially the Saints were 1 for 7 on third down, however we did give up a first down due to a penalty. I can’t say enough good things about our pass rush last night. Maybe Wade should consider sending Butler in to relieve Ware on some 1st and second downs. Ware looked like he was shot out of a cannon on that last drive.
