Can we keep Eberflus when Rob leaves, and would he make a good DC? Thoughts?

He's probably under contract, so unless they fire him, he's on the staff for at least another year.

Isn't he more of a 34 guy?

If so, what they do with him might be indicative of what the approach for next season will be.

Hopefully he's just a linebacker guy, and can get good performances in a 4-3 as well.

Eberflus is an excellent young coach and I do hope that he is in our plans moving forward. Now, will he stay? Don't know that we can answer that, he's really a Ryan guy, but I do think he's got a very bright future in this League.
