Don't get enamored with Schultz because he can catch. He is wide open....he should catch it. Not minimizing that part of the game...but he cannot block a traffic cone. Our best drive running the ball is when we took him out and lined up extra OL in the backfield and at TE. We need to find a more complete TE. With Daks limitations...we have to become a more consistent running team

Just what we need
One less weapon
We can’t keep Schultz because of money but it’s easy to find a blocking TE
It’s much harder to find a pass catching TE and that’s why Schultz is gonna get paid good money

Because he's not blocking.

He’s not suppose to be blocking if he’s running a pass route
If all you want from the position is a blocker then put a offensive lineman there and take the TE out of the pass game
I want the receiving weapon more than the blocking weapon
I can find half a dozen guys on the roster to stick out there to do nothing but block
