Bleh...

What did we give up to move up that high?

We won a game at the end of the season that we should have lost on purpose.....if not , we would be drafting at 5...

But hey, we're fans around here...and dont want our boys to lose...Not even for draft position!!!

You gave up a 2nd to move up for a guy that most scouts dont think is a lock down corner? No thanks.

I think the Broncos take Peterson and the Cowboys still trade up to 4th overall and take Nick Fairley.

Then:

Rob Ryan fires up Fairley until he hates all QB's alive, he starts from day 1 at DE between Ware and Ratliff and his first play from scrimmage in the NFL he hits the QB causing a mushroom cloud to form and obscure the replay on the video board.

Championship!

You know, I would not mind seeing that.

lol, truly, I want him to be a Cowboy in the worst kind of way. I can only imagine what Ryan would be able to do with a big, athletic, mean player like that. He'd have him killing guys out there.

Won't happen though. No way we trade up for him. Ryan would have to somehow convince Jerry and Garrett that he's going to be another Reggie White.

Love the thread title.

I haven't been a wrestling fan since, basically, Gordon Solie was on my tv screen on Saturdays with the NWA, but I have to say that the way that arena exploded when the Rock came out sent chills down my spine..

Dwayne Johnson might have been a mediocre football player for the U, but he's one hell of an entertainer..

about equal to do that, but were still short 50 points

might go this way, we give up our 1st, and 2nd, and get the 4th pick in 1st round plus a 5th or 6th rounder
but i dont see cowboys giving up their 2nd rounder, just dont see it with the holes we have at
OT, OG, S, CB, and DE

I stopped watching it about 11 years ago when I was 14.

Shawn Michaels is my all time favorite. Dude could put on a show every single time.

i think you stand pat at #9 and cross ur fingers for Amukamara. I like him a lot. I do see broncos taking peterson unfortunately, but hey whoever thought we'd get dez at 22

I'm thinking a 3rd round pick.

It would take a lot more than that, though. Remember 2002 when we only got a 3rd for going from 6 to 8?
