Chace Crawford will be Uncle Chace imminently when sister Candice Crawford gives birth to her first child with husband Tony Romo.

"It's coming right up! Yeah. In the next couple weeks."

Crawford is also close with his brother-in-law Tony Romo, quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys.

"He's over-the-moon excited about it," Crawford said of Romo, 31. "He's just such a wonderful person . . . he was born ready to have a family, you know what I mean? So it makes perfect sense."

Crawford can't wait to watch -- and learn! -- from his buddy's first-time experience as a dad.

"I'm basically going to see him go through it, and maybe I'll take pages from his book!"
