Cannot install ActiveX Chat control

Anyone seeing this? Having to use Firefox to access the chat function. Cannot install the chat piece...ActiveX published cannot be found so no dice.

Have you tried to reboot your computer after installation. I had to do that. Also I am using a Win based computer for chat. My Mac doesn't run it well for some reason.
