Today is an ABSOLUTE must win. Make no mistake about it. Falcons are potential wild card competition and we already lost to the Rams. I'm still thinking division and this puts us in a great position heading into next weeks game. Our slip ups early in the season leave little room for error. Also psychologically we must beat a struggling 4-4 team and keep our momentum if we're going anywhere this season.

Totally agree. I rarely do the must win unless it's literally win or go home but they have to win this game. 4 losses, 5 more games without Zeke, 2 future Wentzings. Not good.

I disagree bc we may need the tiebreaker against Atlanta and we def need all the NFC wins we can pile up since we are likely chasing a WC against the loser of Seattle-Rams, Minny-GB/Det, and New Orleans-Atlanta/Carolina. If we are going after the division crown and homefield then def need this one. Certainly possible to lose today and still get in but we start losing control of our destiny quickly

If we lose today and beat Philly next week, we'd still be 2 games behind Philly with 6 games to go. So Philly would control our destiny. Whereas if we win the next two, we'd be one game behind Philly and would control our own destiny since we'd play Philly again.

Well the schedule gets easier after next week but you just know the Deadskins and Giants are going to give us their A game.
