Can't even enjoy a good win with Cowboys fans

Did you catch the caller earlier who asked where Drew Pearson and Wally Lynn went? :laugh2:

I really, really dislike this postgame show. I used to listen to every one to the very end, but now I actually turn it off sometimes. I respect Norm, but he focuses on minutiae and loses sight of the big picture, IMO. And he seems to want to argue with callers even when they make good points.

You and me both...Wally & Drew was a must listen for me after every game.

Probably because it brought some of us down to earth. At least for me it did. I hate to say it, but it took two stupid penalties for us to get to the goal line, those two times. On our own, we relied on FG's.

On the first drive, the PI was the only thing that prevented a Fasano TD

On the second td drive, Terry Glenn had a first and goal at the seven. the personal foul oved the ball a whooping 4 yards. We earned our TDs

You're right, especially on the Fasano play. When Dale mentioned it earlier I was thinking of something else. That for sure was a TD.

I loved this game. That was a dog fight and it was nice to find out we can slugg it out. Any one who thought the Giants were going to lay down for us is crazy. We very well could end up in round three with them.

On the TICKET they are trying to downplay everything, and on this forum we have everything from 'the defense sucks' to 'the oline needs help'.

Geez, we just won a tough game against a division opponent on the road. NFC East games are never clean pretty affairs.

I understand the desire to not overlook problems from today, but I've kept from overhyping the Cowboys for 5 weeks now. I thought maybe the Carolina game was a fluke. I didn't think we could actually beat the Colts. I thought we'd let up on Thanksgiving. And then I figured that going into New York we'd probably be close but not have enough just like last year.

But not now. The Cowboys have won some really important games over the last month and I'm tired of hearing all the complainers after one of their better wins this eason.

I am enjoying it. I am just ignoring all the 'bad guys' and bad comments :)

it'll never stop

never

that's just the way it is for Cowboy fans, they're expecting 1992 type games, every single game, they have to realize that there's not much seperating teams anymore in this league

It'll never stop because the internet gives lonely people a place to voice thier opinion. This is the biggest win in 10 yrs. If you are not happy with that, you are just a hopeless loser. Yeah the giants were able to score. This is not Madden where you can dominate every aspect of the game. Some of us need to get back in touch with reality

One of those penalties made it a first-and-goal at the 2 instead of a first-and-goal at the 5. That's not a big difference. We almost certainly would have scored a TD anyway.
