Do we currently have the space for Spencer and sign all 8 of our draft picks?

I'm not ADam but he has previously answered this. Once Spencer signs his tender and Newman's money comes off the books on June 2nd, we'll have roughly 6 million without the arbitrator ruling in our favor, in which case we'd have about 11 million. The rookies would require about 2.5 million in room to sign.
