how much cap space does KC have? since them, us and the Broncos are supposedly the main players for TO when he gets released?

then it looks like if it's indeed between these 3 teams, I see no reason why the Cowboys can't be able to outbid these guys

exactly. I don't know who they cut and who they restructured to get under the cap. A close friend of mine is a huge Chiefs fan, and he's even stated that they don't have alot of room to make big FA signings.

I'm not really familiar with their situation, but I know they cut Jerome Woods to clear cap space, albeit minimal, and OG Will Shields is a likely candidate to get cut, don't know how much the WOod's cut brought them under, or any other moves they've made...

regardless of who was cut, we have more cap space to make a better run at TO than the Chiefs or Broncos.

Bingo. We'll find out soon enough. While I've been pretty neutral on the whole sign TO/screw TO argument, it looks like it may, in fact, happen.
