Does anyone know the Cowboys situation with the salary cap?How much money do the Cowboys have left?With all of the talk about picking this guy or that guy up,what kind of player can we get and for how much will he be willing to settle for.After all of that,would picking up another player at this point be worth it?

I believe we have about 4.5 mill in cap room left. From the sound of it we may go after a FS Chavous if cut. I have no idea what kind of deal he will be looking for though.

4.5 mil. is not bad.thats plenty to get a quality player for a 1 year deal.

But then Stephen says the Cap is a real thing.

I mean if we look at Over the Cap the Cowboys are 3rd in cap space with 21.5 million left. In 2nd is Raiders at 22.3m and 1st is Browns at 49m but the Browns will use up that entire space to get under the cap next year unless Watson is suspended all year in which case they actually are loaded.
