Looks like OTC updated the 2021 cap space rather quickly and Dak is taking on a 22.5 million cap hit for 2021 causing Dallas to be slightly over the projected cap for the season.

But this is without any restructures to deals like Martin and Cooper. I would imagine those will be happening for sure.

That should leave room for one big free agent signing and draft picks.

Let's go!

So the trolls were wrong again? That was predictable.

Does that number include the 25 million in rollover money?

I believe so. I would think OTC would have that factored in already.

They were still paying for Romo

That might've been the case but it didn't stop them from investing over 100 mil guaranteed in Zeke, D-Law, and Jaylon....They made the wrong moves then and Dak literally made them pay for it.

Dak’s cap hit is 22.2 mil this year.

if the cap is 180. His cap hit % is 12.3

if the cap is 185. His % is 12

Now where were all the posters saying he would take up 20% of the cap?

And where are all the posters who were saying that a QB can’t make more than 13% of the cap or it will kill a teams chances?

Or could it be that, like some of us have said for years. The contract and “APY” was meaningless but it was about the structure of the deal.....

Things that make you go hmmmm
