I don't have a snappy caption, but I do have an observation - I read somewhere that if you have a prominent crease across your earlobes, like his do in the picture, you are a prime candidate for a heart attack. I'm sure; however, that his doctor has noticed it and counselled him, that is, if it is truly reliable sign.
