That's probably a big part of his issues, his mother and father both lived in the same town as him but chose to neglect him.

I don't know about you but that is a lot different than the way I was raised, and a lot different than the relationship that I have with my father & mother.

You can't find ANY compassion for a kid that grew up and finds out neither parent wants him ??

I don't care how old he is, that is still his foundation, that's what everything else is built on.

My upbringing and my parents are my rock.

I have compassion for kids, TO is not a kid any longer and yes I have known people who came from very bad back grounds who are well adjusted people. You want to give TO a crutch he can lean on that is fine but he is a grown man and to blame his issue on his childhood is a cop out.

You must have had great parents since you have no clue as to the scars that bad parenting (or no parenting at all) can leave.

10 - 15 yrs from now our nation is going to see the results of some very bad parenting that is going on now.

In case you haven't noticed there are many many people out there with 'adult' problems that stem from their childhood.

I am thankful for the parents and the upbringing I had, and I just feel bad for people that didn't have the advantages that I have had.

He may do things that you or I wouldn't, but he is not a 'jerk' all the time like you say, and actually he has been a good teammate here in Dallas.

wow. in that picture TO looks a lot smaller than irvin and yet he's listed at 6-3 220 while irvin was only 6-2 200 or so. something's fishy here

Because I don't love little T like you? Because I tend to expect 33 year old adults to be some what mature. I know that is a lofty expectation I guess I ask for too much. Maybe if I lowered my expectation I could one day join in on the TO love feast. :laugh1:

I doubt it. I tend to expect children to act like children and adults to act like adults. I'm really not into making excuses for an adult who can't control themselves.

Isn't the whole point of captioning something to caption a realistic pic? I mean, you could make some pretty disturbing photoshopped pics and caption them all to hell but it just doesn't have the same effect as a picture that is real....

All captions I have every seen have been real pictures with funny overtones.
