Well Witten is 6'5" and Garrett looks maybe 6'3"? I wouldn't call that short. Romo is "only" 6'2".

Garrett is listed as 6'2" which seems about right when compared to Witten who is 6'5". The top of Garrett's head come to about the top of Witten's eyebrows in the picture.
