For all the grief people give Jerry about being a "bad" GM.
It sort of amazes me the players we've picked up via late-round draft pick and FA in the last 5-6 seasons and how they can/have become solid contributors, emerging stars and team leaders.
Romo: undrafted rookie
Austin: undrafted rookie
Choice: undrafted rookie
Witten: 3rd round
Barber: 4th round
Scandrick: 5th round
Folk: 6th round
D.Anderson: 6th round
Ratliff: 7th round
Crayton: 7th round
Obviously the ones that stick out most are Romo, Austin, Choice and Ratliff. I know some folks will credit Parcells and maybe Sean Peyton, but ultimately you know Jerry's the guy saying yes or no, so he deserves a little credit.
