Giants stadium has alot of empty seats. The Yankees easily are more important than the Giants in that area.

Yes baseball is king up here. I would rather watch paint dry myself. It is easy rooting for a team when you know they are going to outspend every other team by close to 1 million dollars every year, even though the Mets did spend the 2nd most amount of $ and they stille sucked. So if you live in NY, you know you have a very good chance of your basball team being competative and I think that is a big reason why baseball is king up here. I would love to see the Mets and Yankees suck for 20 plus years, example KC Royals and Pitt. Pirates, and see if baseball would still be #1. I do not think so.

That is the first time I have ever seen him have a game like that. He gave the Cardinals the ball on the Giants' side of the field 3 times. The defense actually played pretty well considering what Feagles and the offense did.

Nice to see the giants blow a game because of penalties and bad throws for once, but they still get the dumbest luck with tipped balls.

I was not shocked by this game, I think the Giants do have some weakness in their secondary. Hell Dallas turned the ball over 5 times and it took a last sec FG for the Giants to win. Dallas was able to move the ball at will on these guys. Giants are far from unbeatalbe

You are correct, they are far from unbeatable. The reports have been promising for Ross to come back hopefully after the bye week for the stretch run. Boley and Canty should be back by that time too if not before. I think those three will add a lot to the defense.

They'll be glad to have those guys back by that point because the Giants are now staring at the very real possibility of losing 4 staight games and being 5-4 after 9 weeks. The Eagles and Chargers both have the ability and playmakers to get them. This is an extremely tough stretch for the GMen.
