How exactly do you not respect the defending world champs and the current 1 seed?

Because they are not the same team as last year, and in the stretch run they did not play a a good offensive team that can inflict damage to them. Those defensive stats are skewed.

Most of Seattle's games this year have been close I don't see them blowing out any of the playoff teams remaining.

I'll give you the Panthers and 14 points.

Winner gets 10 likes.

I don't mess around.

DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS, and they're clicking on all cylinders right now

You got that right! See what not having even a mediocre QB will do?

The same number as Romo.

~shudder~

Pretty crazy when you think about it.

But hey, Flacco once "won" a playoff with the worst QB rating in NFL history...a 10. Nearly impossible to be worse.
But "he won the game"

Big Ben "won" his 1st SB with a QB rating of 22.6
Lol
Unimaginable, but real.

I live in Seattle so I had to watch them more than I would have liked. They just don't look good. They started the season 3-3 and went 9-1 since in the most pathetically easy 10 game schedule. Their division fell apart this year. They played most their division games late in the season when those three teams were at their worst. They don't scare me at all. I'm worried about tomorrow's Detroit game.

Well I respect them. I don't make excuses for why they won 9 out of 10 games in this crazy league. They're the champs. They got the 1 seed on a tiebreaker. If the Cowboys do make it to Seattle the Seahawks will have revenge on their mind as well as another Super Bowl berth. That will be an extremely tough game to win.

Did you not see Carolina's defense? Don't say they we playing the cardinals because the Seattle offense is nothing to brag about.

yeah, I watched Pittsburgh shred them and Minnesota with no AP and a rookie QB beat them...

What good offense has Seattle played in that same stretch?

And this might be the worst playoff game I've ever seen.

beat the Eagles in Philly, beat everyone in their division, you don't win 9 out of 10 by luck...they're the defending Superbowl champions and number 1 seed, not some fluke
