Cardinals strength coach let go

Breer has tweeted that the Cardinals have let go their strength coach Lott...aka "Combine bench press fame"..."UP UP UP UP UP!"

never really paid much attention to how the Cardinals guys are conditioned each year but he seems to be a pretty well respected guy in the field and we've all had issues with the Cowboys strength staff recently

IMO he should be looked at if he is on the market now...thoughts?

He is a good coach and would be a great pick-up. He didn't get along with the head coach so they fired him.

He does seem a tad obnoxious. At the combine, guys always look flustered when he holds 'em back from getting up off the bench.
