Carlos Hyde to Cleveland

As in Carlos Hyde, decent back but it would not preclude them from taking barkley.

cleveland just gave chiefs cornerback terrance mitchell 3 years for 12 million.

good grief. he is awful

I think it does
I think they're going QB at 1 and Nelson at 4
I think that is the right decision for them

Cleveland acquired an entire offense in one FA.
As long as they get a replacement for TT in the draft they look solid for 3rd place lol.

3 year 15mil total. Nice.

Hyde and Johnson ain't a bad duo
It's patch work. They added a whole bunch of nothing if you ask me. Nothing to be scared about. Taylor, Landry and Hyde, oh my...NOT

So much cap space and so many draft picks
GM nirvana

With the 89% rolling average cap spending rule, Browns MUST spend a certain amount of the cap space

25-26 year old with 4 ints last year. I think that was more than all our corners combined.

They have some interesting, young pieces at the skill position.

Gordon, Coleman, and Landry at WR. Njoku at TE. Hyde and Johnson at RB...and Johnson can catch, too.

Taylor isn't a world beater, but he will be an improvement over what they've had recently.

I think Cleveland would love to trade down from both spots. I don't think this signifies that they wouldn't still take Barkley, but does throw some shade on it.

Hence my 3rd place comment, I don't think all the pieces were that great, but they did sign a lot of offensive guys.

I know, I heard you. I think the only way they become relevant is by taking Barkley.

Yea, but I think they'll hedge their bets and hope he falls to #4 when it's all said and done.
Cause I think by either trade or the teams still at #2 and #3 will take QB's once again.

Could be
Nelson is a safer pick and they need OL help

I could solve that for them. Just trade us 33 and 36 in exchange for 19. Then, they could take all three.

Besides, there need on the OL is actually at Tackle IMO. I don't know that they would value Guard over LT. They have Bitonio who played really well, coming off of micro fracture surgery and will likely only imporove at LG. They have Zeitler who they just signed through FA last year I believe. I don't see them moving away from him. I don't see Guard over Tackle for them but it could happen.
