Dave Chappell is funny. He doesn't care who he offends, black, white, asian hispanic. He cracks jokes at all races and anything else he can think of.

I think he is funny. Probably not all the time. I don't like him enough to watch his show, but I had seen him live a couple of times years ago. I think Dave Chappelle is funnier. I think Joe Rogan is a little funnier, too. Rogan and Mencia are actually quite similar.
