Signed by Cowboys Carlos Polk to be Assistant ST Coach

Yes, that name is familiar. I thought he was here before. Until MM came in.
Nothing wrong with bringing him back.

He's been an assistant coach for special teams since 2009 pretty much. May be more qualified than our special teams coordinator, Nick Sorensen, who was an assistant ST coach from 2013-15 in Seattle and then an ST coordinator for one very bad year in Jacksonville. Of course, Polk was Sorensen's assistant during that very bad year, so ... maybe not.

They seem to be hiring more coaches then they let go. I do recall players commenting about how the Cowboys staff was small compared to other locales.
That is not accurate. Last year they had the following spots that haven't been filled yet, if they even will be.

The 'small staff' you are referring to was about the training and rehab staff.

1. Passing Game Specialist - Chase Haslett
2. Assistant QB Coach and Game Management - Ryan Feder
3. Offensive Assistant and Quality Control - Steve Shimko
4. Offensive Assistant/Minority Fellowship - Evan Harrington
5. Defensive Run Game Coordinator - Paul Guenther
6. Assistant DB Coach and Quality Control - Cristian Garcia
7. Safeties Coach - Cannon Matthews
8. Head Coach Assistant and Quality Control - Eric Simonelli

I may be inaccurate but that does not prove it. If you are going to try to make a deduction you need to consider the entirety of both sets.

For example, Zimmer didn't have a pass game coordinator like Eberflus does. Zgonina is still under contract with Whitecotton on board.

That is an interesting list. Where did you get it from? Much of it is not on their staff announcement from last March. I figured we could compare March to March but if not all coaches are reported that creates yet another issue.

Correct. It was a lame excuse but it was about training and rehab.

You are right............but is it quantity or quality? Either way, I'm hoping for the best.........

here ya go smart guy, from March lol. Keep in mind those are "New Coaches" the ones I listed not on this list weren't new coaches they were already in their positions. I keep a spreadsheet of the entire roster, coaching staff, and analytic team so I know what I'm talking about.

That isn't the team's coaching announcement from last March. It says in the first paragraph that these are changes to the staff. I don't know what you think you are telling me when I am discussing comparing apples to apples. You don't get a cookie for revealing your source.

Your still failing in deduction. The whole discussion of multiple sets and how they were distinct from one another. IOW, even if you are right here it doesn't matter as you have no point.

Having a spreadsheet that no one else can see is almost as fun as claiming authority on the basis of it though.

It’s from the team website you boob. I’m not wasting another second on your incompetence.
