Signed by Cowboys Carlos Polk to be Assistant ST Coach

It’s from the team website you boob. I’m not wasting another second on your incompetence.
At this point it is obvious you just want to win a point of fact. You do not even my consider my argument in how your deduction is illogical to instead to belabor the point of fact you think you can win. I respect the desire to compete but it so completely misses the point it is hard to take you seriously.

In the making of your spreadsheet, did you ever notice how the team announces their coaching staff for the season early every March? The NFL is cyclical and every season teams announce their season's staff.

That is what I was talking about as opposed to the nth revision down the line. That is what I am getting at with the apples to apples analogy. You are taking your end of season database and acting like that is the same thing. It's a third set.

As it is now, teams have not finalized their staff. Your source for last March has nothing to do with what changes and additions were being made at this time last year.

At core you are saying my perception that the Cowboys were hiring more coaches than usual is inaccurate. This is early February and I still feel justified in my perception.

Sorry, no cookie.

Wanted to keep bones.

Ditto here.

- Bones was very instrumental in development of the new best FG kicker in the NFL in Brandon Aubrey.
(remember the sheer panic in camp 2 years ago when Aubrey was struggling ?)

- As well as one of the very best speedy returners in another Pro Bowler in Kevontae Turpin.

- We probably blocked more punts under Bones during his stint, than any previous SP coach we've ever had, imo.

- But (sigh) the Jones simply did not want Bones back.,..and that's now water under the bridge, its' a cross-fingers and wait and see on the Sorenson-Polk duo,

Yep. The blocked punts. Returns were getting better. Good FG kicker. A few mishaps. The onside returned for TD should have been fallen on. And the other that the player tries to field and he fumbled was on the players trying to make a play. And not what he was trained to do. But bones made an instant and constant improvement.
