The majority of the league is overpaid or overpriced.

How so? Players play the game that makes the league billions of dollars. Complain about owners, coaches and gms making too much before the actual people sacrificing their bodies.

No one isn't putting gun to their head to play. They can easily get a job that doesn't harm their bodies.

For the record I don't think they actually overpaid. I'm saying if you believe Carr and co. Are overpaid then so is the rest of the league.

Well, these boys are no big loss. The year before the club went 4-12 with these stiffs. With the fresh young studs the team went 13-3. That should tell you ALL you need to know. The road ahead is to find better players, on the defensive side of the ball, the offense is set and solid. Only exeption the FO should have found a way to keep Leary.

Folks need to adjust their definition of overpaid as the salary cap continues to rise. Salaries will continue to follow - even for the middle and bottom of the roster guys.

True Dak. It's out of control what these guys get paid anymore. There has to be an end somewhere to these huge salaries. Anymore kids are dropping out of college just to
go into the NFL/NBA so they can be that quick multi-millionaire. It's crazy.

Salaries will always continue to follow as long as the fans keep going to the games.

Remind me how many times Claiborne made it through an entire season without missing a game?
He has been injured. And that's precisely why you can get him on such a cheap deal without big guarantees.

Thank man!

Which six games would you have played him in before he got hurt?

I would have given Claiborne the same contract as last year to come back, but I definitely would not have paid him twice as much like the Jets just did.

He had his one-year prove-it deal. And he did prove it. He can't stay healthy.
