According to Stephen Jones, both CB Caelon Carson and WR Jonathan Mingo are "likely" to be activated in time to play against Washington.

Now, who gets cut off the 53 to make room? I am guessing they send Jalen Cropper back to the practice squad for one spot. Could finally getting rid of Mazi create the other opening??
