I noticed on the NFL Network the other night that Charlie Casserly compared current QB prospects vs the prospects from the past 3 years.
Based on how he rated them before they came out, he ranks them like so:
1) Bradford
2) Ryan
3) Stafford
4) Gabbert
5) Sanchez
6) Flacco
7) Freeman
I may have left someone off, as this is from memory.
The obvious omission was Cam Newton. Casserly is in the minority out there in saying he does not feel he should go in the 1st round...but agrees that he will probably go in the top 10 because of the intrique.
It didn't list any others, but from what he has said in the past, I get the impression his next few would be:
8) Newton
9) Locker
10) Mallett, McCoy, Tebow, Ponder, Clausen, Dalton, Kaepernick, etc..
