He was a good pick for the Boys IMO. He plugs the biggest hole on the team at RG. Was he a slight reach, yes, but so were Long and Pugh at 19 and 20 (perhaps even bigger reaches). WalterFootball also rates Frederick as a good 2nd round pick for the Boys:
