CB A Brown keeps playing better and better each week

He’s played well. I’m enjoying watching this defense evolve and grow. I can’t wait to add some more pieces and see them get even better next year.

For a 6th round pick he has more than exceeded expectations.

Does he give up pass plays? Sure. Even Deion gave up big plays. The position lends itself to just that.

I’m glad he signed a second contract with Dallas.

Did not say he has turned into a Pro Bowl CB, he is more than serviceable when you consider he is across from Diggs. You can win with guys playing this well and an offense like the boys have currently.

Cmon…..let’s be honest. It’s the pass rush and the defense overall that is getting better. Brown is still a weak link and a liability in coverage.

though I will say he is playing great against the run.

It was Diggs, not Brown who had Thielen on the TD.

I think he will, we're going to need 4 corners on the field against the better 5 wide sets anyway. Diggs, Brown, Lewis and Joseph sounds like a really solid set to me.

every cb gets burned from time to time..whats your point?

ive seen Deion get lit up before ..there are great wrs out here and well Diggs had bad game IMO he held twice was not faring well the beginning of that game in MAN with Jefferson.

so judge Brown and Lewis the same way as diggs we have seen Diggs get burned few times this season..

the professionals on the other side can also play and at times they will beat you and make you look bad.

after that first drive they played more zone and other formations to slow down those Wrs..

our wrs make good cbs look silly as well..

Can't shut them down all the time, no matter who.

Prime time shut down almost everyone except Michael Irvin.
Then the one play he did, was a penalty not called. SF Refs made sure of that.

Irvin had 200+ yards against Deion. And Irvin was no burner.

I posted many times in the offseason and early this season that CB Brown has been a good player in his NFL career.
- Fans media lamented that he is not a 'great' player or that he 'sucks'.
- The Cowboys won Super Bowls with Larry Brown starting at CB...can't have 11 'great' players on defense.
