TEams have always been very successful running the corner blitz against Dallas...outside pressure almost always gets us, and the corner is usually untouched to our QB.

So tell me why Henry was blitzing from almost all the way out at the sideline? Usually the blitz comes from the slot guy or a cb on a wr close to the line. Shouldn't Henry be smart enough that when he's run all the way to the sideline with a very wide WR to call off the blitz?....my gosh, the guy left running, yet McNabb avoided the pass rush from the inside, stepped up and delivered the long pass where Watkins was beaten and Henry was never even in the picture !!! That seems absolutely stupid to me.

We never blitz up the middle. I have no idea why. It is always out wide. Shortest distance to the QB is up the middle.

Uhm we DO blitz up the middle, just not as much as Phily did.

I noticed this game and a few before that Roy lined up right behind the NT ready to blitz. Thats blitzing up the middle right? lol

Henry's blitz freed up Ellis. Ellis didn't make the play although he did force McNabb up in the pocket. If Watkins doesn't bite and leave the receiver wide open, McNabb probably doesn't even try to make a throw.
