As far as the vets, as bad as Brown looks, Lewis has looked almost as encouraging. 5.1 yards a target is outstanding

Just look at those stats, Diggs is looking like a #1 CB, where the other two need to be replaced, especially Brown. Let's hope Bossman gets an opportunity to unseat him this yr.

Id give him a couple games to turn it around. If not Id look to knock him down to #4 on the depth chart. We have options at CB, especially when Joseph is healthy

These are just CB's, so it's just the stats where they are specifically targeted. Stats for LB and S are harder to track because its not as clear what their assignment is. Even CB's are a far from perfect evaluation, but its easier to access accurately than the other pass defense positions

His numbers look good, but he was the reason (fell down) why Brown gave up that big reception against Tampa and he also was the one to give up that play to Godwin. Last week they couldn't get off the field in many 3rd and longs, where Herbert really had his way against our secondary as a whole.

Stats are only a part of the whole puzzle. And as a far as coverage, ita never easy to accurately track. However Lewis stats so far have been exceptional. 5.1 yards a target is outstanding

Im not sure what a perfect QB rating is. But he is at least close

Not sure, but I believe PFF grades coverage plays a player wasnt targeted as well

His stats are good. I just worry about this team getting off the field, it just isn't the secondary, we need more pass rush as well.

I question the sanity of any person claiming Brown is playing much better than Diggs.

Id try Joseph. Like @rocyaice said, if we have a guy giving that up, you can get that from a rookie.

For the Eagles game, Id switch out Brown with Lewis and see if a smaller role helps. And how Lewis does with #2's

Wright needs to replace Brown NOW!!!! When Joseph comes back he needs to get worked in until he is up to speed.

Canady needs to start in the slot.
