On NFL Network they were showing Jerry Jones in a very heated discussion looked like. Jerry was doing most of talking and pointing. Later, jerry jones came out again, looked kinda happy and giddy. Now goodell is talking to jerry and jerry nodding. Jerry smiling as walks by.

I tell you, Joe...this post by Vela SURE caught my eye:

'This is all good news for the Cowboys, the team most over the cap, wherever it may eventually be. A higher floor makes it easier for the team to sign left tackle Doug Free and to consider dipping its toe, and perhaps a foot, into the free agent pool.'

And the direction of the projected $120 M Cap figure as being a soft floor sounded great as well.
