Scrap the 3-4. It's not meant for indoor teams because players on offense play faster on the turf and indoors. You gotta match speed with speed and I think we're the only dome team that runs a 3-4

Cowher won Super Bowl because of Dick LeBeau and Kevin Colbert's drafting. Cowher was not a bad coach but he was all spit and yell and not much of a game strategist.
I will take Jon Gruden or even JG over him

That's a good possibility. The only 'substantial' rumors which I have ever come close to believing up to this point were his taking over for John Fox in Carolina.
