One of Wilson’s better Cowboys drafts. After watching the Kiper/McShay duel draft, these players can go anywhere. The Cowboys need to trade back to get extra picks. This draft is stocked with second/third round talent.

im more and more inclined to agree

You had me at Johnson and Ebiketie.

I really like Pierce as well. If you could manage to get me Josh Paschal at 129, it would probably be the best first four picks that I’ve seen mocked anywhere.

It seems like it's a round off on Ebiketie and Pierce, but you never know.

3 WRs? I guess Feihoko and Brown could be cut to make the room.

Love the first three picks, but I don’t see us going WR three times (two max).

I really like Phillips. He is a solid slot receiver and can return punts. Problem is, he seems limited to the slot and that is where Lamb seems to play the best.

I like Mitchell’s upside at TE. But I feel we could do much better there. But we could do much worse.

Dependable hands, reliable blocker and a lot of upside.

I think Johnson at 24 would be a reach but he would fill a glaring need.
Ebiketie woud be a steal in round 2
I would take Khalil Shakir over Pierce
I doubt they take 3 WRs but if they do I hope it's not Jones and Phillips
Woods and Butler would be good picks.
There are a lot of better tackles than Mitchell that might be there. Josh Ball is a much better prospect than him.

Rasheed Walker
Abraham Lucas
Thayer Munford
Max Mitchell.

LOL, three WRs.

I might have gone Jelani Woods over Pierce in the 3rd.

Farrell, the DT from LSU in the 4th. Or possibly Nailor at WR. And after that, I don't need to take any more WRs in this draft.

I meant to say Vederian Lowe not Mitchell.

My reactions as I read this mock:
First pick, yes! Second pick, nice! Third pick, good. 4th pick, ok. 5th pick, meh. 6th pick, why? 7th pick, what are you doing? 8th pick, ok better. 9th pick, ok.

Yes Please.
I don't know about the 3 WRs or the OT they chose.
I do like Velus later in the draft as i think he could be good return person for ST. Athough I also like Houston Marcus Jones for ST returns as well.
