2:04 pm The Cowboys have a 2-4 record against teams in 2009 that are ranked in the top 10 in defense but a 6-0 record against teams ranked outside that mark. Just in case you were wondering, the Chargers are ranked 12th.

1:58 pm "Last week I felt like we had our best week of practice but we didn't take it to the field on Sunday. We have to find a way not to let that happen again." - Cowboys LB Keith Brooking on what he learned last week and how it affects his preparation for the Chargers.

1:48 pm "There is a great sense of urgency to play our best football. We need to execute and we will be prepared this week." - Cowboys QB Tony Romo on whether there is a sense of urgency to play better in December.

1:40 pm "If I felt like I was going to suck, I wouldn't be doing it." - Cowboys QB Tony Romo on what he expects replacing P Mat McBriar as the holder for the game this week against the Chargers.

1:39 pm "I went to Joe D (special teams coach Joe DeCamills). I prefer not to do it, but field goals are important. But part of being a leader is doing what needs to be done." - Cowboys QB Tony Romo on how he again took over the holding job on field goals.

:laugh2:

Sig line worthy.

I dont think anybody is really worried about the Cowboys scoring on SD. The game will be won or lost on the other side of the ball.

Now this is interesting. I'd like to know how the Cowboys' record fairs against opponents based on thier offense-ranknigs. If I had time (can't now - at work) I'd look it up. If someone has time can you look it up and post it?

Whatever you do Tony, don't fumble the snap. If you think the Dallas media is hard on Wade, I'd hate to see what they do to you for fumbling a snap. All I can say is...DUCK!
