I realize this game doesn't mean anything. But it would be nice if we had some reserves that actually looked decent. Oh well.

Sheesh.

I bet Speilman and Mayock have each others name tattooed above the ankle.

...yeah, about 3 feet above the ankle.

Watch McQuistan on that play. His block was pathetic. His hold was pathetic. That was his guy who destroyed him and caused the fumble.

He's pathetic or his play is, anyway.

And just think, he's been on this team about 4 years. When is it time to scrap this project?

That new center is plenty good enough to get rid of Proctor, imo. He looked decent to me, and that is better than Proctor. He looked pretty good when I watched him. I didn't watch him every play.

Thank you!
don't get scared off by the overreactions. a lot of cowboys fans are grumpy with our current playoff drought. but other than that it's a great board.

Great hustle and speed by Butler. He was getting held by their LT and still ran the screen down from behind.

Watching this does make you wonder if we even coach our players at all. We don't even play fundamental football with fundamental players.

we dont teach fundamental football with fundamental players, because we dont tackle in practice, wade doesnt believe in tackling in training camp

just listen to what babe laufenberg the the moose johnston say, you sacrifice when you dont allow tackling in practice, eventually lack of tackling starts bad habits in camp of tackling, etc

Carpenter does look like a big wuss out there... I have always (and will as long as he wears the star) rooted for him to live up to his 1st round status, but he looks like a tool tonight.

How can you guys say this team is in trouble judging from the game tonight. Most of these players won't even be on the team, and if they are, they will prolly never really see much action.

Our starters looked great during the preseason. This isn't even the second teamers out there. It's crazy how you guys are calling this a long season watching a bunch of scrubs playing.
The starters have not looked great. they are a heck of a lot better than our back-ups.but we will not be going to the playoffs with delph this bad.people will get hurt. and we have no one to step in.

Why do we insist on bringing people in to play that clearly are not NFL caliber players? Why do we continually trade higher draft picks for lower draft picks? The draft is a crapshoot, and to continually decide to gamble on talent level vs. actual production is not a good idea. More bad football players brought in to a team means you choose from bad football players to make your roster. It has to stop.

Mickens, Smith, Brown, ... these are all interchangably instictively bad football players. Don't talk to me about college production etc. There is a reason these players fell in the draft as far as they did. It's because they can't play.
