When they are diving that hard inside, as an OC you've got to think about a QB bootleg or a toss play to the outside or sneak a TE out on a play-action pass.

Garrett could have played it better but Barber should have gotten one of those 3 shots in. He doesn't have it anymore and we are doing the defense a favour everytime we take Felix out of the game.

I would suggest making Choice the goalline RB - he has a nose for the endzone and enough speed to take it outside.

Dallas should have at least looked at another formation. If you get stonewalled on 1st and 2nd down with that formation, you might want to look at something else.
