seriously why the **** do we always get beat in 3rd and long

Failure to stop 3rd & 12 at the Charger 14 cost us 7. This has been an ongoing problem since early last year, and it baffles me as to why the team cannot correct this. If Newman is just going to get beat every time for a first down then sub him out in those situations. Do something different please.
