It's like a broken record with this team. I keep hoping to see them catch fire but every year in recent memory i just end up perplexed and dispointed. No killer instinct. In the NFL if you do not kill you get Killed. Jerry needs to give up the team to his son, becuase he is the common denominator the past 10+ yesrs. Yup, a pipe dream for sure.
