We will never be sucessful until we get a legitimate GM. Someone who can build a team top to bottom. Jerry has made some nice picks, but the meat of this team was brought in by BP... Jerry needs to fire the HC,OC,DC and GM!!!!:bang2:

Agreed. This entire coaching staff and ownership is a joke. It'll take another Jimmy Johnson or Parcells with real authority to get this team back. I doubt that'll ever happen again as long as Mr. Jones owns the team, though.
