Cbz40 Game Day Thread | Philadelphia Eagles 0 Dallas Cowboys 24 FINAL

Mcflabb, Mcnasty, Mcdoink or whatever they like to call him. The D better quit missing assignments cause he is not going to keep missing his receivers. Also does it appear the Eagles are playing a vanilla defense due to next week having to play again? I know they want to win but is it possible they want to do it not showing to much and willing to take a loss otherwise?

That'd be a really bad move on the Eagles part. They'd be missing out on a home game and a first round bye. There's no way they aren't trying to win this game.

They get a bye if they win, so they would have to be complete idiots to be holding anything back.

Of course it would be great but we can't rely upon it and we can't just give him the #2 position next year - he needs to earn it.

I know, and it seems the team isn't relying on him. Crayton is having a great game and doing what needs to be done from a #2.

Maybe another off season together will get him in the swing of things.

No second half letdowns. Their D can force turnovers and their O can make big plays. We've definitely got to keep coming after them.
Good point.

LET'S WIN THE DIVISION GUYS!!!!!!

Look for big things from Crayton in the 2nd half. Boy and am I glad this team looks really healthy. That's one thing I think we have going for us that we haven't always had in the past.

I just jinxed us.

Der Beeeler with the touchback.

No, that is not the issue. He just isn't a good wr right now - he will have to totally re-invent himself. I don't think he is willing to look in the mirror and see what is wrong.

Well McNabb isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.

Teams have done it but it hasn't been good for us the last two times we've had to try and do it over the last 11 years. '98 vs. Arizona and '07 vs. Giants.

Teams do it a lot more often than not. We didn't in those two (statistically insignificant) situations, but both times we were beat by a team that was legitimately playing better than we were going into the game. Playing with momentum *does* matter.

We've got our foot on their throats, now we need to apply pressure/

Let's go Boys!!!
