I agree, but its more than Wade. This team has a loser's mentality. A big portion of them need to be gone.

I think it was JJT who had a piece yesterday or Friday on the prospects of Wade lasting the entire season...I know there was talk of this in the preaseason and the consensus seemed to be that Jerry simply didn't believe in midseason firings but is that really going to hold if Dallas continues to look the way they do?

KC is arguably one of the worst teams in the league and they have done absolutely nothing and are ahead by 10 points.

If things don't turn around, I expect and hope Jerry tells Wade its over. Wade's a good guy but he's a bad coach. This team is making mistakes that it SHOULD NOT make. Consistent mental errors are just unacceptable.
