It's sad when Cowboy fans can't enjoy a win, even if it is ugly.

we beat what is probably the worst team in the league and looked like the 2nd worst team in the league doing it

you must have a huge vase to be able to hold all of those flowers

big comeback. this season was over if they lost to that crappy team.

Austin showed up today and put on a show and let us to victory. I don't even think that if Roy had played today, that he would even had gotten close to Austins performance today.

Austin had 250 yards according to Fox, which beats the team record of 246 by Bob Hayes. A record that has stood since 1966.

Edit to specify the team record for receiving yards in a single game.

NFL Network....Austin 250 yds Single game cowboy record.....

We learned nothing today except Austin might be the best WR on this team but once Williams returns Garrett will forget that.

Here's your answer to all of the "So what, it was the Chief's" comments.

The Cowboys have had a long history. They've played alot of bad teams. A lot. Nobody-- nobody-- has ever caught for that many yards. Not Michael Irvin, not TO, nobody.

I'll take it any way we can get it at this point. We stunk it up for sure but that last TD play was a season-changing play IMO. Cowboys get a huge burst and a shot of momentum going into the bye week. I'm optimistic.

You gotta start him from now opposite Roy. I'm so glad. I had a feeling this was gonna happen:bow:

Does Miles Austin's career day get him a starting role even when Roy Williams returns from injury?

I'd say it should.

Crayton is best in a #3 role and Austin adds the speed element this team sorely needs.
