Man, we're spoiled. We win 24-7 and all I can think about are the opportunities we missed. Here's reminding myself on Thanksgiving to be thankful for what we've got.

I feel the same way. I came away thinking the offense left points on the field and the defense never forces any turnovers. Then I thought about it some more. 24-7 Dallas. 8-3 with at least a one game lead in the NFC East. No injuries today. We do indeed have plenty to be thankful for.

Yeah, and we've won 6 out of our last 7.

The biggest worry is that our first 11 opponents have had a combined winning percentage of about .420 and our last five are above .600. These aren't exact numbers but they're pretty close.

Still: when we were sitting at 6-2 after the impressive win in Philly, I remember thinking that the key was to get to 8-3. I think that given our last five games that there really is a huge difference between 7-4 and 8-3. It's hard to imagine us now not making the playoffs and it's easy to imagine us winning the division. I think the reverse would have been true if we had been sitting at 7-4 right now.

Well, I was at the game and here are a few basic things:

1) Stadium is beautiful, especially with the ROOF OPEN!!!! YAY!!!!! Magnificent. Yes the sun was in some people's eyes for about the 1st quater. 1000 people about, 1/80th of the stadium. Keep it open. If Fans in Texas Stadium can handle it so can fans here. I think with the roof open nothings comes close to the new stadium (except the old one of course but I always have been a traditionalist)

2) Get rid of the strip club dancers. They are trashy, over the top, and have a bunch of drummer guys up there with them looking like a bunch of tools. Get rid of them. (the absolute only complaint I have about the staidum)

3) Besides #2 the stadium was freaking fantasatic

4) The stadium was quiet. It got really loud a couple of times, but for the most part it was fairly quiet, typical Cowboy Crowd. Having the roof open did nothing to hamper the sound volume, because it did get loud. Its the types of fans that are at the game, and, IMO, thats fine.

5) The biggest problem with this team is consistency. Many times we have a huge great play. Get into field goal range, three penalities and end up punting. All and all a good day all around, once Romo got on his A- game a little later...But good game, can we just please get some consistency so we can stick around more than one game in the playoffs?????? Barring of course we make the playoffs.

6) Great day for the running game. ALL three backs looked superb. Very impressive.

7) Too much wildcat, I know it had one huge big play but, still IMO, we use it too much, but no big deal we won.

8) Miles Austin, this guy was fun. Always looking up at the big screen making faces at it and trying to get the crowd pumped up via it. Great day for him.

7) Good game coaches, not perfect, but good. Campo and Newman managed to act civil towards one another, good enough for me.

8) This team still needs to step it up one more level and get firing on all 8 cylinders rather than the 5 or so we fire on now, but we are 8-3 and in a good place to at least have a chance.

9) Again, can not say how awesome the staidum truly is with the roof open and all. Very very very nice. Everyone should try and go at somepoint.
