i dont get our punt returning situation. every time i watch a game we rotate crayton, t-new and sometimes green. and theyre all awful and t new is decent. crayton and green are just painful to watch back there.

I never see any holes. Once the returner gets the ball, there is a guy in his face and no seams to hit. Newman has done the best because he is better at making people miss. Unfortunately, he can't make 5 or 6 guys miss. The blocking on kick off returns is not great, but it is okay. The blocking on punt returns is just bad. I don't know if it is the players, schemes or both.

To hell with punt returns. Newman is too valuable on defense to risk. I think it is not worth it to chance our only shutdown corner with punt returns when our safties are struggling as it is.

Imagine our secondary without Newman. We won't be needing him returning punts because we really won't be able to stop anyone from scoring with Newman out.

Pass on this very bad idea.

It does NOT matter who returns the punts or who kicks or who punts or who returns the kickoffs for this team. As long as we have Bruce Freakin' DeHaven as our ST coach they are going to suck. We are going to have critical kicks blocked, punts and kickoffs returned on us, and we are going to have mediocre returns of ur own. Our ST's suck and they will continue to do so until Bill Parcells FIRES BRUCE DeHAVEN...period!
