So many saying we will be wiped out and now with Allen showing possible Knee issues, and we do not need another LB with health problems. I decided to Trade up with Cleveland knowing they need WR help and 6 is too rich for that. I traded 12 & 20 to get to 6 & 39 as well some late round capital.
6.
Sonny Styles LB Ohio State - 6-5 240 - our new Green Dot MLB. wow we sucked in FA getting a ILB and now here we get the top one in the draft. makes me feel better about the off-season.
39.
Caleb Banks DE/4i/5T Florida - 6'6 315 - Athletic gap and a half DE / 3T that can also bat the ball down. perfect 4i/5T end.
92.
Ja'Kobi Lane WR USC - 6'4 200 Insurance for GP not signing. We can Tag him for 2 years and walk if need too.
112.
Drew Shelton OT Penn State 6'7 310 Good Swing tackle with previous Starting experience at LT against some of the Top competition in NCAAs
146.
Dontay Corleone DT Cincinnati 6'1 330 - Rotational NT with a lot of athleticism at NT to hold up 2 gaps and pass rush ability
152.
Kaelon Black RB Indiana - 5'10 210 - Blue Insurance & maybe Future Williams replacement.
177.
Vincent Anthony Jr. EDGE Duke - 6'5 255 - at Senior Bowl this guy was a guy that flew off the ball gave the OT's problems and was good this past year and the year before not a 1 year wonder.
180.
Jadon Canady CB Oregon 6'0 190 - Great at Zone off ball coverage HIGH IQ corner / safety in mold of CPs DBs cannot believe he lasted this log. i had him more as a 3rd rounder.
206.
George Gumbs Jr. EDGE Florida 6'4 245 - Sap, Banks and others got a lot of recognition at FL this year but if you watch there tape and you see this guy stuffing the run putting pressure on QB and had some drop coverage ability.
218.
Deven Eastern DE Minnesota 6'6 310 - Another Athletic rotational DE that has the athleticism to move around OG and OT and occupy, then to allow LBs / Edges to flow to the ball.
248.
Jack Kelly LB BYU - 6'2 240 - wow this guy was one of the fastest LBs at the Combine not in the 1st and 2nd round. watching his tape he was probably the MVP of the BYU defense.
