But the Ravens did the physical 2 months after his surgery and he was not healed yet that's why it failed.
He is healed now and participating fully in practices and actually elevating the practices to a higher intensity level.

The difference between having a physical 2 months after surgery and seven can be drastic.

Since this trade will never happen what will be interesting to see is if Max Crosby's knee holds up and he is the force he has always been.
And if CD lamb somehow gains focus and doesn't lead the league in dropped passes.

I believe Parsons being traded was not about value.
I believe he pissed Jerry off by not honoring what they talked about and got his agent involved and then it became personal with Jerry and Parsons had to go.

Parsons also had a lot of wear and tear he would wear down at the end of the season he also got a lot of garbage time sacks and was not really a true edge rusher more a converted linebacker and a little small for the job.

And that's all you had to say that you believe CD is the better player.
I believe they are pretty much on equal terms if both are 100% healthy.
That said there are times when CD lamb here's footsteps and drops the ball.
This is an unpleasant fact not personal bias it happens.

Max may be a one legged defensive end like you say and if that were to be the case now they would not be on equal footing.

On paper it seems value wise to be within reason. In practice there is no way I make that trade.

If it’s Pickens instead of Lamb, yes, I make that trade and don’t look back.
