If it’s the system, what stupidity had them “trade” a top 5 offensive coordinator away from the team and replace him with this? Because a proper assessment of facts of the matter on offense would not have resulted in such a situation. Last year, the team should’ve beat the 49ers if they had consistency at the QB position and didn’t suffer a Pollard injury. In yesterday’s game the team was just manhandled across the board.

We’re still feeling the effects of losing Amari Cooper. Our receivers can’t separate and Cooks who only has 9 receptions for 73 yards has been a disappointment. None of our receivers have been able to stretch the field and we’re fearful of taking shots down the field because it could lead to INT’s. They showed a linebacker last night staying with Cooks.

I actually agree with you on this. I hate the MM offense, it does not seem they stretch the field as much as under Kellen.
They made the fundamental change to take big plays out because it can lead to more turnovers.

I didn't believe they'd actually be that stupid.

Amari was one of the worst separators in the league in 2021. When he wins he wins clean, but he didn't win all that much.

This offense just refuses to manufacture anything easy for the receivers.

Look, this offense is just a base WCO. McCarthy's pulling the same bull on everybody he did with Jerry and his analytics nonsense.
The guy is a total fraud. When he leaves here, it'll be his last stop In the national football league unless he takes on a water boy roll.

I don’t buy into those stats. Any issues he had I blame on the OC. He’s been terrific in Cleveland.
What do you mean you don't buy into them? lol. It's the best measure of how consistently a guy gets open.

He's been the same player in CLE as he was in Dallas. Which, he has good games and invisible games. I'd prefer they didn't let him go, but it's not like he was much of a difference maker here.

That might be the only TD a Cowboys WR has on the year, but I might be mistaken.

Edit: Checked and there’s only been 2 on the season.

I was screaming this last night. Look how the 49ers got Deebo touches running and passing it to him. What happened to us doing that? We did that some last year. It looks like those plays went with Kellen Moore?

So far this "Texas Coast" offense looks flawed. People can blame it on Dak but look at the wr's. They literally have guys on them as soon as they catch the ball or they just aren't getting open. Meanwhile the 49ers players are WIDE OPEN. Its the scheme. I seen too many times yesterday where two and sometimes 3 people are within 5 yards of each other when the ball is caught.
hell they couldnt get off the LOS last night, CD should get open then he could point at Dak and say "Hey I was open".. against the big boys last night he was tucked into bed nicely each play.

Like I said, I don’t buy into them. I never look at those stats. They’ve shown many times where Amari was open and we didn’t go to him. He was even talking about it during a radio interview his final season with the Cowboys. He had almost 1200 yards in Cleveland last season despite QB issues and a career high in TDs. They haven’t been getting very good QB play but he’s still produced. He had to be accounted for with the Cowboys, which opened up a lot for our other receivers. We’re missing that.

Cee Dee will be the next body sacrificed on Dak's altar.
Dez
AC
other players
countless coaches and coordinators

the list keeps growing.

He's a cancer and a career killer.
It’s crazy Dak and dez played together that feels like ages ago already

And I don't blame CeeDee because Cooks looks waivable. Dak effect.
Cee Dee seems pissed at Dak during the game as he missed him on several open opportunities. Cee Dee has tolerated Dak's mediocrity so long but he may be looking to bolt if Dak is not benched. Cee Dee deserves a real QB . A lot of talent wasted with Cee dee and others.
