Fish made the comment today when talking about this, and he said the cowboy players dont see a gap between their team
and the eagles, they just dont see it.
I dont know why lamb is upset, jerry wont trade micah.

I agree with CD. I am tired of it. It won’t kill the Jones to have a calm offseason and no drama. The drama sucks after a while. The drama sucked when we were winning but drama when you’re losing is just embarrassing.

I’m going to be pretty mad if Jerry does a repeat of last offseason. If he signs Micah a couple hours before opening kickoff then you know it’s all about creating drama. Micah said he’ll take less if we trade for Garrett, if Jerry is smart he’s signing Micah ASAP and getting Garrett.

Actually Colin had a guest on his podcast who said there are absolutely back channel discussions going on with Buffalo and Micah. I would call it more like kicking the tires but EVERYTHING should be on the table. We are already get boat raced by two Division teams.
 
It is not unfounded. He is upset at this clown FO for leaking it to create a media spectacle. Everybody knows their games now.

show us proof?? They did say as a team they're having all kinds of discussions and this is basically a normal thing to at least discuss all options, doesn't mean they'll trade him, they're just having talks

Why are wide receivers so mentally weak, feelings easily hurt? The NFL is a game of chess, and this organization is playing checkers. Sometimes it benefits the team to trade a top player for multiple draft picks and save a ton of cap space. Jerry's poor decisions are probably in part due to his not wanting to hurt his favorite players feelings.

I hear you, but in this sense I think he's just looking out for his teammate, and most importantly, maybe these players are tired of hearing all the rumors and stuff to generate news about the cowboys

It is only a distraction, with a weak Leadership Team, like we have in Dallas with the Jones family.

I never would defend Jerry but he never talked about trading Parsons. It was something the gang at NFL.com cooked up to generate clicks and that's what Lamb was upset about.

I'm near 100 percent positive every team has "internal discussions" about trading star players because there is always a chance you can get a ransom in return. But having discussions and actually intending to shop Parsons are two completely different things.

Yes exactly. There’s no proof of “talks” but of course teams are talking - about everything. That being said I’m not married to Micah or Cee Dee or Dak. It’s not like we’re on the verge.
 
Trade em both, burn the thing down, and start accumulating picks first the 2036 draft.
