CeeDee seeks revenge vs Giants DB

Cowboys’ star WR CeeDee Lamb says he’s “got something” for Giants’ CB Dru Phillips, who injured him last year.

“He tackled me and hurt me, so I’ve got something for him. For sure.”
-----------

We need to beat the hell out of the Little Giants. Put them in their rightful place in the NFC East gutter.

Ceedee seeks to bottomfeed.

He will feast until Green Bay then we will see what happens. He usually plays really well after a game of the dropsies.

Such a stoopid bulletin-board thing go say. Hasn't Junior addressed this?

I await the after-it'sgame party with Sam Williams and Turpin.

CeeDee, We don't care if you want to go out and hurt somebody, just catch the friggin ball!! Have your revenge, Big Man, but catch the friggin ball first!!

Just talk.......doesn't mean anything once the game starts. But look for Dak to get him involved early and often. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if they are texting each other choppin......lol

Yes it's true but in most offenses the #1 receiver is also the #1 read on most pass plays.. And if the #1 receiver and the #1 read is open the QB has to be an idiot not to throw it to him. We threw it 34 times on Thursday with 13 of them going to Lamb. That's 21 targets for the other guys. Lamb put up 60% of our passing yards on 35% of the targets. He had 110 yards on his targets. The other guys had 78 on theirs. The disparity would have been even greater had Lamb held on to one or two of the other balls. If I'm the QB those numbers scream "keep throwing it to that guy.." CeeDee aint droppin 4 passes probably ever again in his career. I would feed the hell out of him as long as he keeps getting open.

Yes but I’m talking about Tolbert for example who catches a pass and is driven backwards for goodness sakes at least make forward progress . Or Jake Mr . TE and 3 yards and a cloud of dust .

Look at GB my goodness the depth is so bountiful Matthew Golden the # 1 pick is relegated to clapping for the time being .
Or the Eagles three headed monster Brown Smith Goedert . Or Chase Higgins Cincy. Someone has to be the pressure valve when Cee Dee can’t be the option that play .

It’s interesting how the board completely turned on Lamb overnight after one game.

We eat our own.

Yep, good points. You ain't lyin.

Revenge, revenge should be going back and killing the Eagles
The word is, how about recertification?

Only speaking for myself, I'm a ceedee fan still. Hey, shiet happens sometimes. I figure if a fan turns on a player that easily then maybe they were never a true fan of him in the first place. Just my take.

He can drop a few. But lets not do that on critical 3rd and long plays.
It’s like when you make the playoffs. When lol. But the point is there’s always somebody that screwed something up. Shotty’s gut too fix this.

I still like CD myself. Especially after the last season where he definitely stepped up.
I still don’t give him any excuses, not that you did I’m just saying.
That wasn’t an important game. It could’ve been for the division title and he blew it.

I agree my friend.

It's a player mindset. Like they don't trust or believe in themselves. I don't think it's been all a schematic, coaching issue. It's been a player problem. Until a player thinks like a winner,or alpha dog , then things will be on a cracked foundation. Sports as you know, is much in ones mind, between the ears. You must believe in what your doing sincerely, then you can trust yourself. I think we have the right HC and staff to enstill these things to the players, not by words, but by a belief, and work ethic, a mentality that we are gonna play physical each week. From that comes success, which slowly begins to cause a player to believe. Ceedee is no different.

I can’t help it, I was just thinking who’s gonna blow this next game.
Goes back to the playoffs against Green Bay
A game we should’ve won, but the left corner just couldn’t get there in time. I forgot his name the guy that won the jumping championship.
And then Pickens, he didn’t do too well with the penalty in the red zone. There’s so many ways we should’ve beat the Eagles, CD lamb, the fumble , Pickens penalty, frustrating.

Part of me thinks we are in a trap game. But if our culture is truly being changed, we should handle the Giants. If we lose it won't be because of the coaches, it simply means the culture shift is a work in progress. I've settled my mind if this being a transition year that we can build on, forgetting wins vs losses. But next year is where we need to start seeing the Hallmark of this team, the staff, and where we are headed. Anything we achieve this year will be gravy. Giants can beat us. They do have the skill players. Problem is they are woeful on the oline and they got a QB that's older than mathusula. Couple that with a moron of a hc lol. When I see daboll it makes me grateful we have Shotty.

We have a very solid offensive line
We finally have a defensive tackle, but he’s old
We have enough if we could just pull it together team teen team.
And that comes to Jerry Jerry Jerry. Fail fail, fail.

I see a big game tomorrow from Williams and Pickens. Wouldn't at all be shocked to see Sanders redeem himself. This is a get right game. Williams also should do very well. Dak just needs to realize he doesn't need to be a hero. Just take what's there. He's got the right players around him. Just distribute the rock.

Jerry definitely makes things more challenging than it should. Like a curse but all curses are made to be broken. It's a matter of will. Is this team mentally strong enough? Who will step up and stab a spear in the ground like brave heart? Going forward, it's about imposing your will. If you can't do it, your done.

Btw, after watching every team in our division play, I feel we have the best oline in our division. Wash can't run much, Philly is banged up. Giants, banged up, and just not very good up front. We look imposing. Now can we capitalize on our strength?
