I was just wondering if i might have a defect on my flip phone.

Is it normal for you to be able to grab the face(top half) of the phone while it is closed and wiggle left to right justa little bit.

You might be better off going to the home page of your cell phone maker and seeing if it is a problem.

You ask the question here but did not give a clue to what brand or type your cell phone is.

There may be some play in the hinge. Go to a store and ask to see a new one and see if it does the same thing.
